Exposing the Hidden Darkness Part 2

Casting out the Darkness

At last, we come to the heart of the matter. The Servant will mirror Jesus’ footsteps in casting out the darkness which comes in so many forms. The Assyrian is darkness. The abominable churches are darkness. The creeds of men are darkness. The ordinances men have created are darkness. Setting aside the Word of God is darkness. There is a big difference in darkness vs. light in serving our own will in contrast to journeying with God and following His will. IF we believe the scriptures, then devils are darkness and they cause diseases of body and mind and they must be ordered out so that people can be healed. Sin is darkness and it must be cast out and overcome. Satan is darkness and in the end, he will be destroyed as prophesied in scripture. Only through and by the power of God can darkness be dismissed.

We now live in a world that is too sophisticated for its own good. We treat all illness and disease with synthetic pharmaceutical drugs and therapists. We have forgotten all about the spiritual side of things which the following verses clearly address. In the west, we have overlooked to a great extent things like proper diet, exercise, herbs, clean organic food, meditation, fasting, prayer, and the energy system of the body which other cultures address as part of their holistic spiritual life. We seem to be embarrassed by the concept Jesus describes that darkness as evil spirits can enter into our bodies. This darkness can cause a host of maladies as they inflict havoc within us that can ONLY be overcome by the power of the Holy Spirit and faith.

The Isaiah Story unveils a coming Servant of God who will free believers from captivity and darkness in all of its oppressive forms from governments and religions to disease caused by devils. If that sounds too archaic, quaint, antiquated, or superstitious for your tastes, then we would recommend you read the experiences of Jesus we’ve provided below. Our societies are filled with mental-health patients, psychiatric wards in a variety of institutions, the criminally insane, not to mention those afflicted with a host of serious physical disorders and diseases which have become the plagues of our modern world. These conditions will be healed by the Servant when he comes. Jesus’ ministry serves as the perfect type and shadow for that which is to come.

2 And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee. 3 And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth. 4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts? 5 For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk? 6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house. 7 And he arose, and departed to his house. 8 But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men. (Matthew 9:2-8) (Jesus is chasing the darkness out of him first so the healing power of light can replace it and fill his body with miracles. The Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sin and in forgiving sin the body is sanctified being healed.)

23And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. 24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them. (Matthew 4:23-24) (Don’t think that we are immune to darkness entering in and causing these same problems. These problems are rampant in this darkened world. Modern people dismiss the idea of evil spirits causing such things and ascribe it all to medically defined disease. From innocent newborns to those in open rebellion to God people can be exposed to evil in the same manner as the people of Jesus’ time. One day this will all be manifest as true when the Son of God is in our midst.)

16When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: 17 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses. (Matthew 8:16-17) (By His word, the Servant will likewise “order” the devils to come out of those possessed with them and will raise them up from their infirmities and maladies.)

32As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil. 33 And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel. 34 But the Pharisees said, He casteth out devils through the prince of the devils. (Matthew 9:32-34) (Why are the hospitals full of the sick and dying if we have a potent Melchizedek priesthood? If this was a true priesthood with real power, the holders of this priesthood would empty the hospitals of their patients and the devils would be sent packing. While we do see the occasional miraculous healing now and then, let’s not confuse a gift from God and His mercy because of our faith with some corporate priesthood power that fails in every respect to live up to its claims. God heals people in ALL cultures across the world because of their faith. But we have never seen with our eyes the kinds of miracles that will come when God’s servant arrives with Word, Power, and Deed.)

22Then was brought unto him one possessed with a devil, blind, and dumb: and he healed him, insomuch that the blind and dumb both spake and saw. 23 And all the people were amazed, and said, Is not this the son of David? 24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils. 25 And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: 26 And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? 27 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges. 28 But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. 29 Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house. 30 He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad. (Matthew 12:22-30) (The churches will make these same arguments against the Servant. Just plan on it.)

32 And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils. 33 And all the city was gathered together at the door. 34 And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him. 35 And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. 36 And Simon and they that were with him followed after him. 37 And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee. 38 And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth. 39 And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils. (Mark 1:34-39)

1 And they came over unto the other side of the sea, into the country of the Gadarenes. 2 And when he was come out of the ship, immediately there met him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, 3 Who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no man could bind him, no, not with chains: 4 Because that he had been often bound with fetters and chains, and the chains had been plucked asunder by him, and the fetters broken in pieces: neither could any man tame him. 5 And always, night and day, he was in the mountains, and in the tombs, crying, and cutting himself with stones. 6 But when he saw Jesus afar off, he ran and worshipped him, 7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not. 8 For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit. 9 And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many. 10 And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country. 11 Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding. 12 And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them. 13 And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea. 14 And they that fed the swine fled, and told it in the city, and in the country. And they went out to see what it was that was done. 15 And they come to Jesus, and see him that was possessed with the devil, and had the legion, sitting, and clothed, and in his right mind: and they were afraid. 16 And they that saw it told them how it befell to him that was possessed with the devil, and also concerning the swine. 17 And they began to pray him to depart out of their coasts. (Mark 5:1-17) (You can see how people respond to these things in very strange ways. They did it to Jesus and they will do it to the Servant.)

40Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them. 41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ. (Luke 4:40-41)

31 And he spake unto me again, saying: Look! And I looked, and I beheld the Lamb of God going forth among the children of men. And I beheld multitudes of people who were sick, and who were afflicted with all manner of diseases, and with devils and unclean spirits; and the angel spake and showed all these things unto me. And they were healed by the power of the Lamb of God; and the devils and the unclean spirits were cast out. (1Nep 11:31) (Nephi’s entire prophecy is pointing to the end of days as we’ve demonstrated throughout this blog.)

5 For behold, the time cometh, and is not far distant, that with power, the Lord Omnipotent who reigneth, who was, and is from all eternity to all eternity, shall come down from heaven among the children of men, and shall dwell in a tabernacle of clay, and shall go forth amongst men, working mighty miracles, such as healing the sick, raising the dead, causing the lame to walk, the blind to receive their sight, and the deaf to hear, and curing all manner of diseases. 6 And he shall cast out devils, or the evil spirits which dwell in the hearts of the children of men. (Mosiah 3:5-6)

14And when they were come to the multitude, there came to him a certain man, kneeling down to him, and saying, 15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatic, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water. 16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him. 17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me. 18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour. 19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out? 20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. 21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:14-21)

Everlasting Fire

Finally, we come to the fate of those who do NOT believe the Servant and the Great and Marvelous Work when it commences on the earth. Throughout the blog, we’ve presented to the reader a host of scriptural passages that teach God’s covenant and plan for this prison world. Prophecy teaches that many will be deceived by organized religion and refuse to believe and follow God who will be in their midst. They simply will NOT be able to set aside the traditions they follow and believe the scriptures or the Servant who stands before them healing the sick, overturning the darkness, raising the dead, and doing all else prophesied about Him.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: (Matthew 25:41)

16 And assuredly, as the Lord liveth, for the Lord God hath spoken it, and it is his eternal word, which cannot pass away, that they who are righteous shall be righteous still, and they who are filthy shall be filthy still; wherefore, they who are filthy are the devil and his angels; and they shall go away into everlasting fire, prepared for them; and their torment is as a lake of fire and brimstone, whose flame ascendeth up forever and ever and has no end. (2 Nephi 9:16)

35 For behold, if ye have procrastinated the day of your repentance even until death, behold, ye have become subjected to the spirit of the devil, and he doth seal you his; therefore, the Spirit of the Lord hath withdrawn from you, and hath no place in you, and the devil hath all power over you; and this is the final state of the wicked. (Alma 34:35) (Did you notice the Devil will SEAL these people as his own? This is the only kingdom where things such as “sealings” occur, which are practiced in the Masonic temple ordinances of Mormonism and have no place in the Holy Scriptures. For it is only in the Devil’s Kingdom where these signs, tokens, penalties, and sealings occur.)

25 And it shall come to pass that when the second trump shall sound then shall they that never knew me come forth and shall stand before me. 26 And then shall they know that I am the Lord their God, that I am their Redeemer; but they would not be redeemed. 27 And then I will confess unto them that I never knew them; and they shall depart into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels. (Mosiah 26:25-27)

We better be sure that we are walking with God and entering in by the gate and not trying to climb up by some other way. (John 10). There is only ONE WAY and the HOLY SCRIPTURES teach us the TRUTH. All of your so-called good works will avail you nothing if you are deceived and follow a path of darkness.

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21 ¶Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. (Matt 7:17-23)

Darkness in the Hearts of Men

If we’re going to believe the holy scriptures about darkness, then we have to believe all of it. The devil tries to get into the hearts of people and when he does, it prevents the people from hearkening to The Word because their hearts are hardened against the Holy Ghost and it has no place in them.

30 And behold, it is he who is the author of all sin. And behold, he doth carry on his works of darkness and secret murder, and doth hand down their plots, and their oaths, and their covenants, and their plans of awful wickedness, from generation to generation according as he can get hold upon the hearts of the children of men. 31 And now behold, he had got great hold upon the hearts of the Nephites; yea, insomuch that they had become exceedingly wicked; yea, the more part of them had turned out of the way of righteousness, and did trample under their feet the commandments of God, and did turn unto their own ways, and did build up unto themselves idols of their gold and their silver. (Hel 6:30-31)

9 Now Satan had gotten great hold upon the hearts of the people of the city of Ammonihah; therefore they would not hearken unto the words of Alma. 10 Nevertheless Alma labored much in the spirit, wrestling with God in mighty prayer, that he would pour out his Spirit upon the people who were in the city; that he would also grant that he might baptize them unto repentance. 11 Nevertheless, they hardened their hearts, saying unto him: Behold, we know that thou art Alma; and we know that thou art high priest over the church which thou hast established in many parts of the land, according to your tradition; and we are not of thy church, and we do not believe in such foolish traditions. (Alma 8:9-11)

1 And now I, Nephi, cannot write all the things which were taught among my people; neither am I mighty in writing, like unto speaking; for when a man speaketh by the power of the Holy Ghost the power of the Holy Ghost carrieth it unto the hearts of the children of men. 2 But behold, there are many that harden their hearts against the Holy Spirit, that it hath no place in them; wherefore, they cast many things away which are written and esteem them as things of naught. (2 Nephi 33:1-2)

But there is Hope

21 And it came to pass that the thirty and first year did pass away, and there were but few who were converted unto the Lord; but as many as were converted did truly signify unto the people that they had been visited by the power and Spirit of God, which was in Jesus Christ, in whom they believed. 22 And as many as had devils cast out from them, and were healed of their sicknesses and their infirmities, did truly manifest unto the people that they had been wrought upon by the Spirit of God, and had been healed; and they did show forth signs also and did do some miracles among the people. (3 Nephi 7:21-22)
